By accessing or using the BookMyLime website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use BookMyLime. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Organizers and sellers must provide accurate identity and business information where required for verification and payouts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile updated.

BookMyLime grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without our written consent.

Event organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of event details, pricing, capacity, and fulfilment. BookMyLime facilitates listings but does not guarantee the quality or occurrence of any event. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies or applicable law.

When you purchase tickets, you enter into a contract with the seller or organizer. All sales are subject to the event's stated policies unless otherwise required by law. You must provide accurate payment and delivery information. Tickets are delivered electronically unless otherwise specified.

Resale tickets must be listed through BookMyLime's verified resale marketplace. Off-platform transfers may void buyer protection. Sellers must honour listed ticket details. Buyers receive tickets only after payment is confirmed and transfer is complete.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Service fees, taxes, and currency conversion charges may apply and will be shown before checkout. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Refund eligibility depends on the event organizer's policy and applicable law. If an event is cancelled, buyers will receive refunds in accordance with our cancellation procedures. Resale purchases may have different refund rules — review listing terms before buying.

You may not use bots or automated tools to purchase tickets, engage in scalping or fraudulent resale, create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, harass other users, or use the Platform for illegal activity. Violation may result in account suspension and legal action.

All Platform content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by BookMyLime or its licensors. You may not use our branding without permission. User-generated content grants us a licence to display and promote it on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookMyLime is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify BookMyLime against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
